This cornbread comes out rich, cheesy, and golden every time — the kind of side that steals the show at deer camp.

🧂 Ingredients

  • 2 boxes Jiffy Cornbread Muffin Mix

  • 2 Eggs

  • 1½ cups Shredded Cheese

  • 1 cup Sour Cream

  • ⅔ cup Milk

  • (Optional: add diced jalapeños for extra kick)

🔥 Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Mix ingredients until smooth.

  3. Grease a 12" cast iron skillet and pour in batter.

  4. Bake 25–30 minutes until golden.

  5. Cool 5 minutes before slicing.
