🧂 Ingredients
2 boxes Jiffy Cornbread Muffin Mix
2 Eggs
1½ cups Shredded Cheese
1 cup Sour Cream
⅔ cup Milk
(Optional: add diced jalapeños for extra kick)
🔥 Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Mix ingredients until smooth.
Grease a 12" cast iron skillet and pour in batter.
Bake 25–30 minutes until golden.
Cool 5 minutes before slicing.
