A Hearty Side That Sticks to Your Ribs

A perfect balance of smoky, spicy, and sweet — slow-cooked with chorizo, jalapeño meats, and BBQ flavor.

🧂 Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chorizo

  • 1 lb Jalapeño Metts

  • 2 (15 oz) cans White Beans, drained

  • 2 (15 oz) cans Kidney Beans, drained

  • 2 (15 oz) cans Black Beans, drained

  • 1 Onion, chopped

  • 1 cup Barbecue Sauce

  • 2 tbsp Yellow Mustard

  • ½ tsp each Salt, Chili Powder, Garlic Powder, and Season Salt

🔥 Directions

  1. In a large cast iron pot, brown the chorizo and jalapeño meats.

  2. Add onion and cook until soft.

  3. Stir in beans, BBQ sauce, mustard, and seasonings.

  4. Simmer uncovered 30–45 minutes.
