A Hearty Side That Sticks to Your Ribs
A perfect balance of smoky, spicy, and sweet — slow-cooked with chorizo, jalapeño meats, and BBQ flavor.
🧂 Ingredients
1 lb Chorizo
1 lb Jalapeño Metts
2 (15 oz) cans White Beans, drained
2 (15 oz) cans Kidney Beans, drained
2 (15 oz) cans Black Beans, drained
1 Onion, chopped
1 cup Barbecue Sauce
2 tbsp Yellow Mustard
½ tsp each Salt, Chili Powder, Garlic Powder, and Season Salt
🔥 Directions
In a large cast iron pot, brown the chorizo and jalapeño meats.
Add onion and cook until soft.
Stir in beans, BBQ sauce, mustard, and seasonings.
Simmer uncovered 30–45 minutes.
